5.1 Limited warranty

Nottera warrants that its physical products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of delivery, under normal household use.

5.2 What is covered

Defects such as foam that splits or crumbles under normal use, seams that fail, zippers that break, or fabric that degrades abnormally during the warranty period.

5.3 What is not covered

Normal wear and tear; comfort or firmness preference (see our 100-Night Trial and change-of-mind window in the Return & Refund Policy instead); damage from misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorized alteration; staining, odor, or damage from pets, liquids, or moisture; used, secondhand, or non-Nottera products.

5.4 How to make a claim

Email hello@mynottera.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will review and, if approved, repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. We may ask you to return the item for inspection.

5.5 Remedy

Your exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, at Nottera's discretion. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for warranty returns unless the defect is confirmed.

5.6 Legal rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
